All levels. No-experience-necessary. Yoga that doesn’t care if you’re flexible, or not, or if you have a herd following on Instagram - or not. Yoga for the new-to-your-mat and those seasoned in shavasana; no matter your years measured in wisdom - countless, or few - and whatever shape is your make, if you are a human with a heartbeat - this yoga is for you. Through breath we’ll drop from mind to body, from thought to feeling, and if that doesn’t call you to move your body at 10:30 on a Sunday morning, come for the coffee - but stay for the yoga.
